Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive freelance paid media specialist to assist in managing our clients’ paid media campaigns across various platforms. The primary focus of this role will be to handle day-to-day operational tasks such as asset management, copy updates, budget adjustments, and reporting. Approximately 15 hours per week. This position reports to the Senior Paid Media Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize paid media campaigns across multiple ad accounts and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
  • Coordinate with internal teams to organize assets, update ad creative, and implement changes as needed.
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
  • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and ad copy testing to improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Assist in budget management and allocation through weekly reports to maximize ROI for clients
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and platform updates to ensure campaigns are utilizing the latest features and strategies.

We Are Looking For…

  • 2+ years managing paid media campaigns across various platforms including Google, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, with a meticulous approach to managing assets, updating copy, and implementing changes accurately.
  • Must be able to work to multiple accounts, deadlines, and manage time efficiently. 
  • High energy team player.
  • Prior agency experience preferred.
  • Experience working remotely and collaborating with distributed teams is a plus.
