Overview
As a Senior Graphic / Web Designer, you are in a highly creative role where you get to both develop creative concepts and execute on them. You will work across multiple verticals to support the needs of our client partners, focusing on website design, email campaigns, and Facebook Ads. You will work closely with our account managers, digital and content teams to drive performance. You will be constantly challenged to bring new and creative ideas to the table. As a senior designer, we encourage you to be a big dreamer, but also be able to balance that with the demands of an agency environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage and execute client deliverables in the primary design areas of website, email, social ads, and motion graphics.
- Produce website design work that ensures a site is responsive and optimized for search engines. Develop website layouts and update existing sites working with a development partner to hand off work and QA deliverables.
- Design and build emails following usability and deliverability best practices. Ideate and develop new creative approaches and templates to suit the customer’s brand guidelines.
- Meet with and present work to clients, explaining the design process and contributing to client relationships.
- Work closely with the account team to develop and execute on brand and creative strategy for clients.
- Execute design work in an efficient manner that delivers on agreed upon project timelines.
- Work closely with digital team members (SEO, PPC, Social) to collaborate on campaigns that drive demand.
- Engage in creative critique with peers to elevate the overall quality of design produced
- Maintain a professional curiosity towards new design trends and technologies
We Are Looking For…
- 4+ years experience in graphic/web design
- Entrepreneurial spirit

- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite of products
- Expert proficiency in Sketch or Figma and InVision products
- Understanding of website design/development – to communicate with front-end and back-end web developers/designers.
- Knowledgeable in Shopify and WordPress CMS
- Experience with UI/UX design for mobile / web applications
Bonus Points
- Experience with designing for brand identity or print applications
- Experience using Keynote/Powerpoint, specifically the animation capabilities
- Experience shooting and editing videos
- Photography experience (editing and shooting)
- Video/audio editing
