Which virtue means the most to you?

Care means the most to me as it can often be overlooked in the day to day grind. Fortunately at Grit, care is demonstrated in many ways and one of which is our work life balance. Part of caring for each other is recognizing we all have a life outside of work and supporting that in a healthy way. Allowing time to recharge during the evenings and weekends helps boost energy/productivity in all of our work.

What is your biggest achievement at Grit?

Getting to partner and lead the agency on all things creative has been very rewarding. Seeing the progress we have made as a team over the last few years has been really cool to see. We’ve grown in the services we offer from a creative standpoint and our work has become even more polished. I’ve enjoyed seeing the many ways that digital and creative can work together to achieve profitability in the agency.

What do you like to do outside of work?

I really enjoy spending time with my wife (who happens to also work at Grit) whether it be listening to records, going on walks with our sheepadoodle named Mosely, or making cocktails together. Outside of that, woodworking is a passion of mine from making cutting boards, furniture, bowls, and little things in between – it’s a fun hobby that get’s me off a computer.
