Which virtue means the most to you?
The virtue that resonates most with me is perseverance. Hardship, bad news and setbacks are all but guaranteed in life and business, but I’ve always subscribed to the notion that everything is “figureoutable.” The key to overcoming these inevitable hurdles is to persevere. Keep testing, innovating and pushing forward until success is achieved.
What is your biggest achievement at Grit?
The digital landscape is ever changing. During my time here at Grit, Facebook rolled out a major update to their tracking and data collection policies. As the news broke and created a frenzy industry wide, I dug deep into the intricacies of these policy changes and systematically got to work positioning our clients and partners for success.
What do you like to do outside of work?
Outside of work I like to keep busy with several different hobbies that continually challenge me intellectually and physically. Currently I am keen on improving my golf game to consistently break 80 at my home course, but I also am learning some well-known guitar solos, rehabbing a fixer-upper and training my rescue pit bull to be a good boy.
